Your training stays yours. This app is built to work entirely on your device. We don't ask you to sign up, we don't run a server that receives your data, and we don't track you across the internet. This page explains exactly what that means — in plain language.
We designed the app to need as little about you as possible. We do not collect, request, or receive:
Everything you enter — your fitness goal, routines, training history, food diary, reminders, and preferences — is stored locally in the app's own storage on your device. The developer does not operate a backend that collects or stores this information.
If you use iOS backups, iCloud, or a similar service, a copy of the app's data may be included in that backup. Those backups are handled by the provider you chose and are governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
The app contains no advertising network and no third-party analytics SDK. Your activity is never used to build audiences, profiles, or advertising segments. We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information derived from the app, because we don't gather it in the first place.
Some features may ask to use protected parts of your device — for example notifications for workout reminders, or your photo library if you choose to set a profile picture. iOS always asks for your permission first, and any data accessed this way is used only on your device to make the feature work.
You can review or change these permissions at any time in your device Settings. Data that Apple processes in connection with the App Store — such as store, transaction, device, and diagnostic data — is governed separately by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Because your data lives on your device, you are always in control of it. You can clear content from inside the app, or remove everything at once by uninstalling the app. There is no remote profile for us to erase, since no such profile is created.
Any copies stored in your own device or cloud backups are removed according to the retention controls of that backup provider.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults, as it does not collect personal information through a server at all.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will publish a newly dated edition on this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version, so you can see at a glance whether anything has been updated.
